Dry4Good is a young industrial FoodTech of high quality food dehydration.
After having developed an unprecedented laboratory transformation technology, Dry4Good is currently building a modern and innovative pilot plant of 1000m² in Cergy (95).
In full development, we are recruiting a Process Engineer & Industrial Innovation M/F to support us in the industrial scale-up of our entire transformation process.
The CDI position with Executive status is based in Cergy (95) .

Reporting directly to the founders, you will be in charge of technological deployment. As such, your main missions will be:

For this we are counting on you, in particular for the following missions:
Be the technical referent of the industrial tool during the construction phase of the initial plant and in the development of others to come.
Write the specifications internally and for partner design offices.
Carry out technical studies: kinetics, thermodynamics, sizing, and digital simulation in conjunction with the Scientific Manager to arrive at the choice and sizing of technical solutions.
Carry out tests, prototyping and monitor manufacturing and assembly.
Analyze and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization, particularly in terms of energy.
Lead the equipment scale-up
Create and update documentary supports (specifications, operating methods, safety instructions, protocols, technical file).
Advise on the deployment of the first and second level maintenance plan
Participate in the development of the internal design office and ensure its management
Description of the profile
You are a Generalist Engineer with a predominance in industrial process engineering , a good mastery of energy and thermodynamic principles. You set up a technical innovation process up to industrialization and multi-site deployment.
You have a minimum of 3 years experience in industry or in a design office with an attraction for the field . You have participated in development projects for machines, production lines and/or industrial sites. Knowledge of plant product transformation processes (pre-treatment, dehydration, canning, extraction, etc.) would be a plus.
You have the soul of an entrepreneur , you like both to get your hands dirty and to propose initiatives.
You want to actively participate in the development of a company and you are recognized as being resourceful and having a taste for challenge : Apply!
